Estudamos o ambiente em que a marca está presente, ou pretende se inserir, e identificamos potenciais e oportunidades para sua construção e fortalecimento no mercado. Esta etapa inicial do relacionamento entre agência e marca é a base fundamental de todo o processo criativo do Brand Language Design®.
