Loft 21

Art, design and architecture in tune with the city

We applied the Brand Language Design methodology to visually represent the concept of Loft21, a residential development of the developer Toscana, in Paraguay.

Cosmopolitan in essence, the project has integrated plants, open spaces, industrial kitchen, terrace and a mix of materials that are a world trend in design.

The idea of ​​spaciousness, fluidity and freedom – attributes that the target audience has as beliefs for a happier life – permeated our entire creation.

Visual Identity

In each detail of the logo and visual identity, the three main attributes of the brand are evident: Light – Dynamic – Contemporary.

This creative line also unfolded throughout the graphic concept of the building’s signage – facade, numbering of apartments, garages and common areas – and of communication and sales materials.

The typography of the brand, semi-condensed and light weight, has lightness and at the same time personality with the elevation of the number 21.

In the other materials, textures and industrial references appear, such as wood, iron and apparent wiring, which give a cosmopolitan and authentic air to the product.

CoLabis

We invite the artist André Mendes to complete the visual universe of Loft21.

We gave him all the freedom to paint one of the walls of the common area of ​​the building and the result could not be better: a work with organic lines and conceptual formats that contrast with the neutral tone of the building, creating a modern and light look.

The same painting was used in the sales catalog and on the totem in front of the building, making the facade attractive and well signposted for passersby.
